Financial entitlement transfer procedures: Jadid.complatform initiates the transfer of amounts due to the intermediary after the successful closure of the transaction, within a maximum period of seven (7) working days.

  1. Activation of these procedures requires:
    The shopper must confirm receipt of the product within the specified inspection period, which is forty-eight (48) hours starting from the actual date and time of product delivery.
  2. If receipt confirmation is not made within this period, the transaction is automatically closed, and the transfer process is completed according to the approved procedures within seven (7) working days from the closing date.

Platform Brokerage Service Fees

1. Rate and Minimum Amount

A brokerage fee of 2% minimum of the paid amount, or its equivalent of $3 USD, whichever is greater, according to the legally binding terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided for the Fees

Platform: Providing a commercially organized platform that complies with all relevant regulations for consumer and broker protection.

Transparent Business Environment: Ensuring integrity and fairness at every stage of the process according to the agreed terms and conditions.

3. Fee Deduction and Financial Responsibility

Calculation Method: Fees are deducted transparently from the broker's account based on the value of the executed transaction, without monthly subscription fees or additional fees on the shopper.

Rights Protection: Disputes or claims are handled according to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties.

Documentation of all operations conducted through the platform, with full adherence to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties.

Yes, if the product is not received after the agreed shipping period, you can:

1- Submit Refund Request: Contact customer support to request a full amount refund.

2- Review and Verification: Your case will be reviewed and verified.

3- Amount Refund: The full amount will be refunded after deducting procedural fees not exceeding 1%.
